Absolutely not! Come as you are. Our coaches modify the workout to each person and will meet you wherever your current fitness level is.

Each class will be entirely coach-led. The coach will take you through a thorough warm-up and then a movement progression to review each movement that will be in the workout. After that, there will be a short bathroom break and an opportunity to ask any questions before the workout starts. Coach will give a 10 second countdown, and everyone will start the workout together.

Workouts will vary greatly from day to day. Each class throughout the day will do the same workout, so the 5 AM class is doing the same workout as the 6 PM class. The workout will change each day and the only time we repeat workouts is to test for improvements over time. You can expect anything from running, weightlifting, pullups, or a mix of all 3!

Wear exercise clothes and a good pair of shoes. Preferably something more supportive, avoiding running shoes if possible. If that is the only thing you have then that is completely fine! Outside of yourself and a water bottle, nothing else is needed.

Worry not! Our experienced coaches will swap out movements or cut down reps to meet you where you are. More difficult movements can be swapped out for other similar movements, that will work the same muscle groups, to ensure you're getting the intended effect from the workout that day.
