Frequently asked questions
General
Each class will be entirely coach-led. The coach will take you through a thorough warm-up and then a movement progression to review each movement that will be in the workout. After that, there will be a short bathroom break and an opportunity to ask any questions before the workout starts. Coach will give a 10 second countdown, and everyone will start the workout together.
Workouts will vary greatly from day to day. Each class throughout the day will do the same workout, so the 5 AM class is doing the same workout as the 6 PM class. The workout will change each day and the only time we repeat workouts is to test for improvements over time. You can expect anything from running, weightlifting, pullups, or a mix of all 3!
